The final proofing cabinets CL/CLE Mondial Forni are made of sandwich panels, the bumpers and the front panel (door trim) and the inner part are made of stainless steel. The doors are equipped with a rack-and-pinion handle along the entire height. Large two-door cabinets are equipped with two air conditioners (right and left). There is no rack between the doors, which makes it easier for the baker to get the back cart out. All equipment parameters are set and adjusted using an electronic control panel with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors.
